All dashboard video cameras (dashcams) sold from The IROAD Store includes a 1 Year warranty. This warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam. We stand behind the products we sell, but please understand that as a small business we can’t afford to replace items either intentionally or accidentally damaged by improper usage. Accessories

All accessories sold from The IROAD Store come with a 180 days warranty. Again, this warranty is to cover manufacturer defects and does not apply to mistreatment or mishandling of the dashcam accessory. For return information of a defective accessory, please visit to our Returns Policy page.

Not Covered Under Warranty

• Damage caused by accident, abuse, improper installation, water damage, and theft

• Any costs related to removing or reinstalling the product

• Any product that has been altered, defaced, or had the serial number removed

• Any product that was not purchased from our Store
